The Eckermann Group commenced operations in South Australia in 1976, with the formation of its first business, Eckermann Conveyancers (previously Eckermann Steinert Conveyancers), quickly earning a reputation for offering something better.
Going that extra step for the client experience – beyond what is normally expected, formed the foundation for the success of our original business.
Today, the Eckermann Group has grown to include three sister companies – Eckermann Conveyancers, Eckermann Forms and Eckermann Lawyers – with offices around South Australia. We are continually working to enhance our service delivery to make it more relevant, timelier and simpler, to maximise the value to our clients and referrers.
Recently, the entire Eckermann Group, located across the four Eckermann offices – Adelaide, North East (Gilles Plains), Fleurieu (Port Elliot) and Limestone Coast (Mt Gambier) met in our relatively new city office, at 180 Flinders Street, for a group training session.
Gina Brooks from Training x Design led us in a workshop to assist our teams to continue to deliver value for our clients and referrers.
We believe that investing in developing our team is an important part of this continual improvement and will assist in delivering consistent, high quality service across all facets of the Eckermann Group.
Our team members, structures and processes are all dedicated to continual improvement of the client experience and remain at the industry forefront in terms of technology, innovation and regulatory changes.
Whichever business you deal with within the Eckermann Group, you will have access to highly qualified and experienced teams of experts and a seamless transition between all areas of business, whether it be for Form 1 documentation, access to timely, cost-effective legal advice or property settlements.
So, if personalised service excellence is important to you, be assured that you are in the best of hands when dealing with the Eckermann Group.
A special mention to Moore Stephens for allowing us to hold the session in their boardrooms which are located in the top floor of our relatively new city office at 180 Flinders Street.
