Tenant Options was created after its founder experienced first-hand the significant potential for process improvement and simplification within the property management industry, and in particular, the tenant application process. Redundant and manual approaches create friction and frustration for both tenant applicants and property managers.
Tenant Options has redefined and automated many of these challenges by presenting more efficiently managed processes and procedures that benefit the whole industry. Our main focus is on time saving, credibility and the accurate processing and management of Rental Applications. We assist our clients to reduce unproductive labour and increase productivity allowing more time to be focused on commercially beneficial areas such as customer service, business development and landlord relationships.
Since inception, Tenant Options has challenged and improved on processes in the property management industry to provide all users with a superior experience, and this will continue in the future with significant investment being made in further development for the program. Tenant Options was acquired by Eckermanns in May 2022.
