Due to continued growth, we are looking for assistant, experienced and/or registered conveyancers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for either emerging conveyancers to kick start their career or for experienced conveyancers to enhance their conveyancing skills or develop their careers in Land Divisions. Depending on your skills and experience you will be responsible for:

  • end-to-end file management of a diverse range of conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement;
  • building and maintaining relationships with new and existing referrers;
  • providing a world class service to clients and referrers;
  • preparing documentation, correspondence, and statements;
  • proactively supporting business growth; and
  • managing land divisions transactions, such as staged, apartment, community division and strata plans.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With an interest in Wills and Estates law, you will contribute to growing the practice and delivering exceptional client service. Working closely with the Director, Wills and Estates, you will play a vital role in handling a diverse range of matters including, but not limited to:

  • managing Wills and Estates files;
  • preparation of wills and other estate planning documentation;
  • preparation of probate documents; and
  • meeting and liaising with clients.

Due to business growth, we’re seeking Client Service Officers and an Assistant Client Service Officer to join our dedicated team. Based at our North East office, Gilles Plains and reporting to the General Manager, Eckermann Property Forms, you will assist with or be responsible for Form 1 preparation services for our clients. Your role will include, but not limited to:

  • high-volume data entry, database and file management;
  • customer service, including initial client contact and client support via Portal chat messages;
  • ordering and reviewing search information required to complete Form 1s; and
  • accurate preparation of Form 1 documents within required timeframes.
