We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will support the integration of a variety of business software applications throughout their lifecycle from selection to delivery to end users. Your role would include, but not limited to:
- analysis and evaluation of business processes;
- collaboration with key stakeholders to gather data and analyse integration requirements;
- system integration, including design, development, testing and deployment;
- developing training material, SOPs and delivering training sessions; and
- system monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement recommendations.
