Aakash was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in October 2016 and practised primarily in property law at a commercial law firm in London for over nine years before relocating to Adelaide in October 2025. He joined Eckermann Lawyers in April 2026 as a Graduate of Law (UK) and currently assists the team with property, leasing and commercial matters.
Aakash is in the process of having his qualifications assessed with a view to being admitted as a solicitor in South Australia in due course. He looks forward to developing his understanding of South Australian law and using his international experience to support the firm’s clients.
Outside of work, Aakash enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the sights and sounds of Adelaide. He is also a passionate sports fan and follows a number of teams, including India in international cricket, the Gujarat Titans in the IPL and Manchester United in the English Premier League.
