My journey to Eckermanns started in the RAAF at age 16 as an Aircraft Electrician. In other roles I developed an interest in numbers and went on to study a Diploma in Accounting. Among my broad corporate experience, I have worked with Peregrine Corporation and for Microsoft as a regression tester. I am now pursuing my goal of obtaining my accounting degree while working with Eckermanns in their Finance Department.
The best part of my job is problem solving and helping people, as I genuinely love a challenge!! At the heart of every accountant is the desire to be timely, accurate and trustworthy so it would come as no surprise that the Eckermann values are well aligned with all that I hold true.
