We are seeking an experienced Registered Conveyancer/Client Partner to join our Land Divisions team. You will be responsible for managing a range of land division transactions ranging from standard divisions to complex divisions including:

  • staged divisions;
  • apartment divisions;
  • community divisions;
  • amendments to community and strata plans; and
  • conversions of moiety/strata to community plans.

As Process Improvement and Training Lead you will play a key role driving the continuous improvement of business systems and training programs within Eckermann Conveyancers.

Your role will include:

  • analysis and evaluation of business processes;
  • assisting with the coordination and implementation of new systems and processes;
  • undertaking job and training needs analyses;
  • preparation of training presentations and delivery of training sessions;
  • monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented improvement strategies and training programs.

Based at our Adelaide CBD office and reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role in undertaking the general accounting and finance processes for the Group.

Your role will include:

  • oversight of the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions;
  • ensuring accurate reconciliations (including Statutory Trust Account reconciliations) are performed in a timely manner;
  • liaising with external accountants for lodgement of statutory and taxation requirements;
  • end to end management of the payroll process, including EOM and EOFY reconciliation and reporting;
  • maintaining inter-company accounts and records;
  • preparing monthly financial statements; and
  • recommendations on the continuous improvement of financial business operations, systems and processes.
