The Role:
Your role will include, but not limited to:
- file management, including opening and closing of files;
- preparation of correspondence and conveyancing and leasing documentation;
- attending to in-bound calls and liaising with clients directly when scheduling and assisting with queries;
- end of month billing and trust accounting;
- review and development of procedures;
- ad-hoc project work;
- opportunity to assist in continuous improvement activities, system implementation and procedural reviews as required; and
- other general administrative tasks.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor/Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With an interest in Property and Commercial law, you will contribute to our team’s success in delivering exceptional client service and tailored legal solutions. Located at our Adelaide office, you will play a vital role in handling a diverse range of property and commercial matters and assist the senior practitioners with the following:
- attending to a variety of commercial transactions;
- drafting and reviewing leases, sales contracts and other related property and commercial documents;
- providing general property and commercial advice;
- conducting due diligence and undertaking legal research;
- keeping up to date with property and commercial laws, regulations and precedents; and
- meeting and liaising with clients.
