Introducing Eckermann Assist

Eckermann Assist is an out-of-hours communication service for all contract, Form 1 or conveyancing queries. This service is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am – 9.00pm and on weekends and public holidays between 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Whether you’re an agent or another real estate professional, vendor or purchaser, a current client or have never before engaged a conveyancer, we’re available to answer your queries, including:
For Agents

  • Advice on special conditions in contracts
  • General contract or conveyancing queries
  • Auction queries (on the spot, what do I do when..?)
  • Form 1s

For Vendors and Purchasers

  • Auction queries (on the spot, what do I do when..?)
  • Conveyancing information and quotations
  • Existing Eckermann clients with urgent settlement queries
  • Form 1s
