PEXA Settlements
Paper settlements have been put on hold with the closure of the settlements room at the LTO. However, settlements are still able to occur through the electronic settlement platform PEXA. We are completing all settlements on this platform and it’s working very well and providing certainty to all agents, vendors and purchasers in this uncertain time.
Form 1 waivers
Eckermann Lawyers can offer this service either over the phone or by video conference. Please contact our office if you are wanting to use this service.
Verification of Identity
We can complete verification of identity for all of our clients over video conferencing.
