- Rural Transactions – Supporting primary producers and rural landowners with land and business sales and acquisitions, Crown Lease matters, water licensing, and farm sharing agreements.
- Business Transactions – Providing legal support for complex business acquisitions and disposals, including real estate agencies, hospitality venues, wineries, and agricultural enterprises.
- Leasing – Acting for landlords and tenants in relation to commercial leasing matters, including incentive agreements, agreements to lease, lease disputes, and shopping centre tenancies.
- Licensed Venues – Advising on the acquisition, leasing, and sale of licensed premises, as well as changes to and transfers of liquor licences and profit-sharing arrangements.
- General Commercial – Assisting clients with commercial matters such as shareholders’ agreements, business structures, and share or unit sale agreements.
- Land Titles Office Practices – Advising on a broad range of registration and property title issues, including adverse possession claims, Limited Title conversions, lease registrations, caveats, and mortgages.
