I’ve been working in roles in real estate for 20 years and at Eckermann Forms for more than 4 years. Before Eckermanns this was always in real estate agencies and it was incredibly good grounding for my position at Eckermann Forms because I really understand what it’s like on the other side. Working in Eckermann Forms involves a lot of attention to detail – the vendor statement is probably the most important document in the real estate transaction so we have to get it right!

Being part of the Form 1 team and knowing that we all form a part of the cogs of the wheel that keep it rolling along. If one cog falls off, the others have to step up and carry the load.

To be honest and true to yourself. Knowing you have done your best with the task at hand and if for any reason, the outcome was not quite 100%, then admitting it and looking how you can correct and make it better next time.
