I’ve been in the Conveyancing industry on and off for the last 21 years, with a break for family, and a sideways step to be a Body Corporate Manager for 2 years. My main specialties are assisting clients with their sales and purchases, but my true passion is working on all the quirky/unusual stuff. Think Community Developments, Conversions, Amendments to Communities & Strata Plans.
Working in smaller firms in the past has provided me with a wide and varied view on documentation and legislative requirements. If I don’t know the answer, I’m never shy to say “leave it with me, I’ll get back to you with the best way to move forward”.
Like many who “fall” into Conveyancing, I had no idea what a Conveyancer did, but I’ve found my true calling with delivering on my clients needs, or where I am unable to assist, providing details of others either within our team, or external where possible.
My superpower, good or bad, is making people giggle. I’m also a mass Fantasy Book reader, and I’m currently reading a lot of Sarah J Maas or Lynette Noni.
